Terms & Conditions — Fast Trade Society

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fast Trade System ("FTS") platform, operated by Fast Trade Society ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using FTS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use FTS. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to:

Using FTS for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
Engaging in fraud, spam, or deceptive practices.
Infringing intellectual property rights of others.
Interfering with the security or integrity of the platform, including probing, scraping, or distributing malware.
Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent technical limits.
Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing access to FTS without our written consent.

4. Intellectual property

Fast Trade Society retains all ownership rights to FTS, including its software, code, documentation, branding, and content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the scope of your selected plan. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights.

5. Payment and subscriptions

FTS Pro is offered on a subscription basis. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms, available atpaddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting Paddle support. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

6. No financial or investment advice

FTS provides market data and analytics tools for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We do not recommend any specific trades or investments. All trading decisions are your sole responsibility.

7. Service level

We strive to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, data delays, or platform errors.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to FTS at any time, without notice, for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your right to use FTS ceases immediately. Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fast Trade Society disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for purpose. Our aggregate liability is capped at the total fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, except where required by law (e.g., fraud, death, or personal injury).

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fast Trade Society from any claims arising out of your use of FTS, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fast Trade Society operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of FTS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
