We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all FTS Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and log in with the email you used to subscribe.
• Navigate to your order history and select the subscription you wish to refund.
• Follow the refund request process on Paddle's platform.
• Alternatively, contact us directly at tactikowork@gmail.com and we will assist you.

Refund processing time

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

What happens after a refund

Once a refund is issued, your access to FTS Pro will be revoked at the end of your current billing period or immediately if the refund is for the current period. You will retain access to any free features of the platform.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for accounts that have been terminated due to a violation of ourTerms & Conditions(e.g., fraud, abuse, or misuse of the platform). Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis for subscriptions older than 30 days.
